The time is upon us, dear friends. The 36th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Shootout is here and we are ready. In typical Shootout fashion, we have back-to-back events scheduled over the course of the next seven days, wherein a loyal group of Shootout-appointed personnel and dedicated volunteers will have all hands on deck. As the assured bedlam and jollification will undoubtedly ensue, so will safety enforcement, creative marketing, endless fundraising, and organizational tasks in hopes of achieving yet another unforgettable and unbelievable year. We truly hope to see 2024 become the very best year yet for overall dollars raised and donated back to the Lake of the Ozarks.
So, that brings us to each individual event—because we want to see you there.
Friday, August 16th-Sunday, August 18th: The 15th Annual Mini Shootout Powered by Van Cadillac (Remote-Controlled Boat Races)
Where: Ha Ha Tonka State Park Springs Area

Tuesday, August 20th: Lake of the Ozarks Shootout Bob Morgan Memorial Hall of Fame Dinner
Where: The Lighthouse at 340 Rock Harbor Rd., Sunrise Beach, MO 65079

Wednesday, August 21st: Shootout on the Strip Street Party Presented by Waves & Wheels Marine Audio
Where: Historic Bagnell Dam Strip
When: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Parking is $10.00 at the Old Campground below the Bagnell Dam (individuals will be shuttled to the bottom of the Strip).
Open container is allowed from School Rd. to the Dam from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Wristbands are required for all those enjoying an adult beverage.

Thursday, August 22nd: Performance Boat Center Shootout Welcome Party & Poker Run Registration

When: 6:00 p.m.
Friday, August 23rd: Poly Lift Boat Lifts Lake of the Ozarks Shootout Poker Run
Where: Start: The Cave | Stops: Captain Ron’s. Nautifish, Big Dick’s, Red Fox, Paradise, Papa Chubby’s, Franky & Louies, Neon Taco, and Waves N Wheels Boardwalk | End: Shady Gators
When: Breakfast From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
$450.00 registration includes the poker hands, breakfast coupon, and a t-shirt for the captain and first mate.

Saturday, August 24th & Sunday, August 25th: the 36th Annual Lake of the Ozarks Shootout Races
Where: Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill at 82 Aloha Ln, Sunrise Beach, MO 65079 (Land) or the 34.5 Mile Mark (Water)
When: Racing Both Days 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
No Wake Information: Saturday, August 24th, from the 31-mile mark to the 36-mile mark: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Saturday, August 24th, from the 21-mile mark to the 31-mile mark: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. | Sunday, August 25th, from the 31-mile mark to the 36-mile mark: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
